Thread: Probot Ham

This is really kind of a general question, I'm curious specifically with the probot. I know it was changed to 800-900. What does this mean exactly? Does that mean that each bar is 800-900 or that they add up to 800-900 or what. It's been confusing me and I feel like an idiot.

Each bar is 800-900. Most of the time when someone says something has 800 HAM, they mean 800 Heatlth Action Mind. (I think the way I worded that sounds rude but I can't think of anyother way to word it, if it sounds rude its not LOL)I have seen a few mobs that have different stats but so far I haven't run across something player owned, be it a pet or droid, with different Health Action and Mind pools.

If I repair a pre-nerf probot with 3100 HAM, will it drop to the 800 post nerf stats?

TH stated that Probot ham was modified, has anyone seen any difference?

I haven't, but then again I haven't made one since the patch. TK should have an answer on this one, I can't get in game right now.

Well, from looking at the deed for Akis' last droid, I can't see any difference on a newly crafted probot deed - though, where he got the 999 polymer is a mystery to be solved

I haven't noticed any changes, made a few last night looking at the Non Stacking Armor. Using high OQ Fiberplast, I experimented the probot HAM to a wopping 824. And it used up all ten boxes.

I think TH was talking about the DZ70 HAM increasing, and the Probot damage increasing. Just a misconception because they both changed in the same patch

I got a probot to 825 ham and then crit failed......I'm pretty sure I could have surpassed the 830 if it kept going at the same rate(though I believe it may be on an exponential declining result scale so that may not necessarily have been the case...was using 984 polymer and all of the subcomponents were experiments 90%+).

First off, I believe that the HAM bonuses are indeed on a sliding scale.

Secondly, if breaking the 830 barrier is still considered 'iffy' or just not possible, I'd have to say that probot HAM was indeed not changed... Perhaps Arakyd probes now have a nice high HAM value in the database?

Well, if there is even TALK of raising probot HAM a bit, maybe it really will happen some day.

I've been as high as 827 HAM (several patches back).

From the latest patch, every Probot deed I made (note: using identical materials) was at 824 HAM. Every time.

So, it doesn't seem that a ton has changed but we have had a pretty small 'window' on this for quite some time.
