Thread: DE's -- Have Your Crafting Droid Sales Increased Since The Combat Droids Came Out?

Up slightly.
Since the Combat Droids I sold are higher in price, I sell fewer, but I am making slightly more money. But the bad thing is my R2 Crafting Droids, mybread and butter are running out.
I have not tried to make new ones yet, but I have read that you can only stick Combat Modules in R2's type droids now, is that right?

No, you can use a combat-capable cluster just as you would a general-socket cluster and put your 3 modules in that cluster.

I've seen an overall decrease in everything except Bounty Hunter droids, which have remained fairly constant. I have sold a handful of combat droids, primarily to friends and guildmates, as well as one large order of crafting droids to a friend who is starting a new character that is only going to craft.
The few customers who have purchased the new combat droids have, in general, been underwhelmed. They all seem to have purchased them just to try them out - essentially hoping that they'd be useful. Crafting droids really haven't changed, so there's no new demand for them.
Tarne - no worries, mate. The vendor that you're south of is just my BH vendor. I sell a few side items there, but mostly just Seekers, Arakyds, and ranged powerups. I shouldn't be affecting your droid sales at all.
