Droid Engineer Archive
Thread: What droids are in your datapad?
- One Power Droid with storage.
- One top-of-the-line R3 unit with all I'll ever need from an astromech.
- Two probots, I rotate them in combat (but rarely).
- One BLL. Used to use it as an ad sign but I think I'll just rename it to CreatureFlattener.
Probot Adv - 'Full' armor, Food/Chem crafting, Level 6 Med module
R2 Adv. - Food/Chem crafting, Weapon/Droid crafting, Droid Repair, Level 6 Med and Level 6 Item, 'Full armor'.
R3 Adv - Same basic layout as the R2 above but also Level 6 Data too.
This leaves me with one slot for a vehicle and one slot to "tame" a client's droid.

Respectfully,
Newest one I have isa max armor adv probot with a repair module.
I have another probot with 12% med armor, no module. It used to be my tank.
Hmm well, being a droid engineer....
R3 Adv. with WDG and Chem Crafters, repair, L6 data, item, med- name BlackNDecker
Probot Advance- name WeakNPowerless
MSE droid - My first droid ever made.....only a level 1 med, but I cant let him go- name Happy Meal, I customized him red and yellow and he does kinda look like one.
Repair droid Adv- named Sir-Fixalot....not very original but oh well
Surg. Adv. Name - Wonthealyou
Also got my kaadu named Chupacabra.....
we need some more light side posts (none flaming or aggressive or anything)(Fun)![]()

Real, the vehicle doesn't take one of the droid slots in the data pad. I've got 5 droids and 1 vehicle in my datapad.
What do I have? It changes often as I advance, but right now, I've got two R2's, an R3, a repair droid, and a probot. The only reason I have the repair droid is because I think he's funny looking and I like to pull him out when I get frustratedandridicule his sarcastic butt for being too stupid tolearn hisown name. :-). they all have 10 item storage. Some have a crafting station in them, and one has 110% medical rating, and one has a datapad. But the only things in the droids that I actually use is the item storage capacity and the weapon/droid crafting station. And of course, the probot for combat.
I have a probot with 6 item storage (for some reason I can't find the right copper or extrusive ore to make lvl 6 storage modules) and lvl 6 med named DeathBot (I thought at least the name might scare someone)
An R3 with lvl 6 med all 4 crafting stations and 6 storage named Bugsy (he hides all my "illegal" goods and needed a gangster name)
An MSE my friend and fellow DE made me the first day I started. He has 2 item storage where I keep my back up DX2 and Republic blaster and 40 data storage where I keep my schematics For some reason I never named him.
and a kaadu and a SWOOP!! swoop SWooP!!
Everyone say SWOOP!
there, don't you feel better?
- Advanced Probot with 10 item storage I never use (named Piecemaker)
- Power Droid with... 10 item storage (not named)
- R5 with a repair module as the LE doesn't work (named Service Droid)
- R2 with a general crafting station and 10 item storage (R2D4)
- R4 with modules I cannot remember (forgot the name, too)
Why most of them have 10 item storage? Couldn't come up with a better usage for the free slots - go figure.
