ok.. so I'm wondering here..

if I have clothes (say a hat) with +25/+25 inj/wound treatment.. and I buy some other (inj/wound treatment)CA's and stick them in my pants.. do they stack ?

I know the max boost you can get from clothing is +25, but does that apply to CA's also ?

I doubt they stack, but maybe someone can tell me otherwise before I drop some cash on these things ?

+25 isall you can get out of Clothing Attachments. BE Clothing counts as skilltapes as well although it's showing more in the skillmods when you wear more clothing with the bonus. Just +25 will be effective though.
