Being a Doctor wasn't half as fun as being Ranger. So I am going back to be Ranger. But I will leave a little something behind - I thought the regular buff macros being used by most docs were a bit unpersonal. And since I have a background as ranger and creature handler I wanted that to show. So this is the macro I created. And many many players told me how much they liked it, especially since it is a bit role-playish.

/yell Calling down the forces of nature to enhance your body. Enhancements are 2.3k and last for 3 hours 30 minutes. The price is 15k, and I only accept Bank Tips.;

nice idea

and i thought my buff macro was nice..

only problem i have with it, is the hate many players have for spam. i mean first time someone sees it , it cool, but after the 20th time...

when i buff public ( a rare ocourance - though i am short on cash, so ill need to soon) i dont even have an advert macro spaming on a timer. ill spam a few times, generate a line, then when i see a player runing up to get a buf, ill hit the macro button..

still its a cool idea,. maybe ill steal a bit of it, and modify it..

I like this buff macro, but it would get old soon. I would tend to have fun with people too.

Yeah I only ran the announcement macro when I felt it was needed.

And what Travin wrote is true. I was planning to rewrite it to something like what you suggested, though keeping the animals from my original macro. But as you wrote, saying the same thing over and over gets boring as well.

anyhow, I hope that I have inspired some.
