Thread: Any official word on Buffs with the Combat Rebalance?

Its been a known fact for some time now that buffs are gonna get nerfed with the combat balance (first evidence was in the June 10th installment of Thunderheart's 19 answers). We haven't heard much since, except that they are gonna rework the HAM system, buffs included. I got a bit confused with the Loot Revamp, because it mentioned something about stat buffs being temporary enhancements, for about 10-15 mins. I'm wondering what so far has been made official about buffs. It was a bit confusing to have originally read that multi-thousand point buffs will be gone, and then reading about 10-15 minute stat buffs with the loot revamp. Does this mean that with the combat rebalance, buffs will be small enhancements for a relatively short period of time? Any official words yet? Can a Correspondant or Dev please clarify?

Nothing official yet. If there is something official you can be sure a red-name will be posting about it or they will give me the go-ahead to tell you all something
