I heard in a couple posts that it was possible but I would think it would decrease the healing/charge by a lot. With great resources, stim Ds can naturally be at 40.

So my question is: using excellent resources, will a stim E experimented down to med use 40 (if it's even possible) beat a stim D in base heal and or charge?

A member in my pa got stim e's down to 40 med use. I think they had around 50 uses and 850 base heal...

You can get an E down to 40 med use yes, but I question at 50/800.

Almost all the points have to go into ease of use to get it there. Id say if it was a 40 med 50/800, that amazing success was gotten on all of them, and that the best adv components were used.

Short answer is it's not worth it.

You can get them to 40, but you'd get better results using the same resources in a D.

Using my best resources i got a 6xx E, while my current best D's are over 900.
