Hi,
Any kind of droid, provided its got Med Modules installed. eg You could use an Advanced Probot on the one hand or an MSE Advanced droid, so long as they pack med modules. The higher the med module the higher its med capability. I also understand that med modules stack, so multiple med modules for high end capabilities - but check with your vendor. It oughta say in the description the med capability, so you can check before you buy

the driod i got was a R2 unit with a medical capability rating of 110 , what else am i looking for ?

That's it. The only other thing you may want is a driod with the 11 medical and a food/chemical crafting station. That way you can craft your meds anywhere as well.
My medical droid, the Hygenist, is on of the floating probe types...nice and scary....

Pick up some droid batteries and recharge the little guy. He will still follow you around, but you can't heal wounds or apply enhancments if his battery is run down. Dunno about the station part. It may work regardless.

the crafting station and medical modules are working well in droids. i recommend a surgical droid with both or a r2 unit

I just bought a probot which had both a med chip and food/chem crafting station...i like floaty droids...
