HOW

It's quite easy, since the recipient doesn't control whether you help them or not. Dancers/Musicians need a command to keep people from watching/listening. - Doctors simply need to do this:

/say <Insert name here>, be gone! You are not welcome in my presence.

Usually they'll try to spam that you're some form of random profainity... Simply explain to everyone around you that they never do anything but cause trouble for you, and you no longer wish to help them.

I routinely kick people out of my buff line, it really pisses them off, and they think that saying bad things will affect my business... When all it really does is make everyone else in my line laugh at them and continue waiting for buffs.
