I am wanting to set up a vendor to sell my medical supplies, but i don't have enough skill points left over to go artisan, so i was wondering if i could have a friend set up a vendor, and if there is a way for him to put me on the "admin" list on the vendor so i can post things for sale on the vendor like it was mine.

I'm not sure about Merchant level vendors, but I know the Artisan level vendors don't have an admin list. Just the person that places the vendor can use it. However, I never tried this, so I'm not sure, but you could try to have a friend create a vendor. This will create a vendor in their inventory and you can try to trade it your character to set it up and initialize. I don't know if that will work, and now I have to go home and try it.

Nope, you can't. All you can do is give the stuff to your buddy to put on the vendor and have him give you the cash from what he sells.
Really sucks if you have 2 characters and want both to have access to it.
