Bria just spawned some nice herbivore, 912oq 628pe.
Does anybody know where the PE caps? I heard it was 700 or 750?

The easiest way to answer a question like this is to go to www.swgcraft.com and do a search on resources. You can see past history of reported herbivore meat. If you do a find resources on herbivore meat with PE as 100% (so it will sort based on PE in descending order), you will see only a single herbivore meat with PE > 700. This was probably a mistake. It looks to me like the cap is definitely 700.
