Enhance packs A's, B's, and C's are around Med Use 60, 70 and 80 respectively (I think). The power on them depends on what you put into them. I've got some Enhance A's that will hit for 559 for 45 minutes, med use around 57 or 58. B's I think will top out around 1000 and over an hour, and C's about 1500 and close to 2 hours or so. In reality they're isn't much difference (crafting wise) to use C's over D's as they require pretty close to the same resources. I hope this helps.
