You'll need to define cheap.
Brandy and macro-healing every 6 seconds is pretty cheap if you use stim-a's you make yourself and netted me 22-32k xp an hour. It also works even on a badly ridden public tumbler.
Use that till Med Knowledge 4. Now you'll want to buy your +25 Wound Treatment Clothes, a 110 Droidand some 90 Med Use Action Enhance D's. Don't sweat the droid and clothes expense, you'd have bought them later anyway.
With 850 power packs,you should get 748xp per hit Action Enhancing every dancer in the cantina (heck, get everyone in the cantine, they can get it overwritten). Throw those crappy stim-a heals too, as it's a different timer. If you got thewhole cantina, go hit the afk spammers, people loading, anyone. They can get it overriden and it's not as boring as repeatedly storing your pet. (Warning: You may still catch crap for drive-by buffing people).
For the crafting, well. At first you can use a macro to make all those crappy stim-a's but for the real grind you need to make ABEC's. Sorry, this is the cheap way. You could buy up a load of cheap harvestors and power and gather your own Fiberplast and Wheat. You'd have wait time on the actual harvesting, but you could get it a lot cheaper. Use the bazaar a lot. It helps.
