I have seen a few times people buff in under 10 seconds to all 6 stats. Is this legal or not? My guess is no, it is an exploit.

Not an exploit, it's the cause of a food named Halva.

With really good Halva you could buff all 6 stats in 6 seconds!

It is absoulutely positively not an exploit...until the devs say it is. Which they might after the combat medics using it to poison really fast

Also, i thought the exact time was 14 seconds, i wasn't aware you could get faster than that.

I usually tell them i have force powers! I believe i was the first in our server to use this in buffing people, just by the tells i have recieved from both customers and buffing docs who have seen me buff the first day i used it. Then by the next following days, all i hear is CM and Havla!

Well I was wrong and admit it... I been a doc for a long time and never heard of anyone buffing that fast..........and for the people being rude....Exploits have ruined the economy and if you support them and use them I hope you get caught..... I think ill run out and get me some of that food!
