crates often get stuck, any kind of crate.

I believe all you need to do is drop the crate and pick it up again. I think you can also just trade it to a friend and back.

I tried to remove a quickness buff from a crate today and was unable to do so. I then got an email saying that the buff contained items that are no longer in use and it should be deleted. This was a crate of 5 buffpacks and I had no trouble removing 4 of them from the crate. This happened when trying to remove the final one.
