is that a good resilience compound? looted a huge batch of it, trying to figure out if its worth keeping/selling

Resilience compounds are a CM component, not a doctor component. Just the same though, they would really only be usefull to a CM who doesn't have the resources to make advanced resilience compounds.

Thats about half the value of an adv. RC. Trash it.
