You need to read the ailments of the current patient (given by the Med Droid) and make a Medicine for each one. Some Medicines will have 2 cures, some will have 1. Most people I think experimented and played with making medicines that had more than 1 cure. I, on the other hand found it easier (and much faster) to just craft one that cures an ailment, administer it and move on. Sometimes I got a Medicine that cured 2 ailments, but I didn't push for it. Remember, you need the LOWEST resources you can get in order to get down to the botoom two, I think vomiting was one and I forgot the other one. The metal I used was down in the 300OQ and the flora was 135OQ.

Hope this helps.
Good Luck.

You will need low OQ items for the lower level cures but for the higher level ones, which require a fair amount of experimentation, you will need items with HIGH OQ. I am talking in the high 900s. This will allow you to experiment to get the appropriate cures for symptoms such as internal bleeding. It will take at least 10 experimentation points in the first level of the cure to get the highest cure possible. This quest should state that you need to have at least 0-0-0-4 in Doc to perform. I ended up making cures for a master medic who was doing it at the same time. Hope that helps.

Here is a complete walkthrough - don't forget the clicky for the %'s you will need to get the desired result.

Also the higer ones give residual effects so prioritize the manner in which you give the droid the cures.

I made a list of the diseases per patient and crafted all the cures at once, then I gve them in order that I had a cure for every disease including any new residual ones.

The combo of ingredients is not a factor, nor is the type of ingredients. You need metal (any kind of steel, copper, aluminum or whatever) of low qulity 300 oq or less (I do not recall the second category but get it 300 or less as well) and a high quality metal 900 or higher oq(the secondary category should also be very high). The same goes for Flora low oq/pe 300 or less and high oq/pe of 900 or higher (greens, beans, wheat, oats or whatever). You will need the low metal and flora to hit the fever and vomiing cures with no experimentation. The high metal and flora will be used for everything else with experimentation.

When you talk with the Med droid it will list the symptoms from lowest to highest severity. I found trying to cure the highest symptom first then working to the lowest worked best and fastest. When you craft the meds use your experimentation points in the secondary agent first, it has the most experimentation slots available and can hit the Internal bleeding which the primary agent cannot. Cure the last listed symptom first and work your way backwards through the list provided by the med droid. When you craft use the secondary agent to hit your target symptom and then with any experiment points left over use them in the primary agent row to cure another symptom, again going as high on the med droid list as you can.

Do not worry about the third row, and keep in mind your med are a new experimental type of cure and will give the patient new symptoms from time to time. Just keep working on the last symptom listed and you will complete the task.

Make sure you cure five and stop, talk to the Village Doctor to unlock your skill tree. Then cure five more and stop, talk to the village Doctor and get the CM crafting necklace. Cure the last five and stop, talk to the village doctor and get the Aurillian plant. If you do not stop after each five you will mess up the rewards.

I hope this helps. if not let me know and I will try to answer any further questions.

CMs evil? Nah! Anyone who can toss poison and disease around like pizza dough is not evil. Deranged? Maybe. Evil? Not quite. ;-)
