How much Lots does a Medic Center cost nowadays?

There's not really a bonus. Med centers adhere to the 75 items per lot rule.

Hospital has to be placed in a size 3 city (Township) so you'll also need zoning rights.

I can get the Zoning rights and live in a Capitol 5 City. So that's no problem
