Guys

What resources does it take to make a full buff set. I've got an idea it herbivore meat but I'm not sure. Also as I'm working currently towards ranger (for a laugh), I could most likely harvest quite a lot.

So would you :

1. As a Doc accept x2 the resources to buff in exchange for a buff, ie I get a free buff and you would get the resources for another 100% profit/little effort buff.

2. Think it fair to sell the resources at x2 the goinging rate for a local buff, ie pretty well the same as above but via the bazaar/vendor?

I have met many a decent Doc and want to be able to make sure they don't get p***ed/ripped off. And i also want to make sure that there's will always be a constant supply of buff available if need. Or better still a Doc who doesn't mind me calling him for a buff coz we both respect each others time/effort.

Shameless plug - Farstar guild seems to be Doc-less, volunteers welcome.

M.

Herb meat only for adv subcomponents Adv Chem Dur although still neeeded

If ur a ranger then....

Buff set needs Avain and good quality gas i use for other slot....+900's

but if you can get good herb and avain ur onto a winner look for OQ and PE higher the better

X2 idea is good idea as most peeps will go mad and charge silly prices for any of this. I say do this or keep ur prices fair when selling

The hardest resources to find in any good quantity is Herbivore meat (high OQ/PE) and Avian meat (high OQ/PE/DR). The other resources, Tatoonian Fiberplast, Class 4 Liquid Petro Fuel, and some others that I can't remember (check swgcraft.com) are quite easy to come by if you keep an eye open and check swgcraft every now and then.

Personally I would accept some amount of good Herbivore or Avian meat instead of credits for a buff.

I feel it's better to have a large amount of the same kind of above average stat meat then to have 10 piles of different high stat meat, makes the job of making buffs easier.

Another way to do it if you pay in meat is to give some K of meat for a number of buffs. For example you give 10k herbivore for 10 or so buffs. It all depends on what kind of deal you make with the doc.

Good luck...
