Perhaps its just me... but have any of you noticed a decrease in buff /tells of late? I've had my MD tag up constantly for the last few days, and the only time I'm getting the /tell is when people see me buff myself! Hell, I was even sitting in C-Net and didn't get a tell!!
Could this be a good sign?

i got 23 tells in about 15 minutes with my MD tag up in c'net last night. What sever u on?

probably just a fluke... back when i wore my MD tag i would have some nights where it was almost constant and others where not even one would come.

I've had fewer people asking for buffs. I only sold 3 buffs over the weekend. In Coronet there were three doctors and only about six people seeking buffs. I moved to other locations and still couldn't drum up any business.

on ahazi, I made maybe 1.5 mil this weekend on buffs, and I charge 10k per

Meanwhile I ground on cavemen [Master Doctor/Master Swordsman] and made 1.5 million in a 3.5 hour buff session... public buffing is fool's gold, especially if you buy your packs instead of making them, heh. But if you are a complete non-combatant, it's good money. I'd have killed to make that much "back in the day".
EDIT: This isn't directed necessarily at you, just using your quote as a step to it... it's more directed to people that become a doctor solely to make money on buffing the public... they'd be better off becoming a MSwords or TKM and doing cavemen.

im tkm and sure i could make a lot on cavemen . . . but im sick to death of that. Buffing is more fun

Ugh... well then good sir, we have hugely different ideas of fun... I've never seen public buffing as fun at all. To each his own, as long as you enjoy what you do.

I've not noticed a decrease on Infinity, have you checked your ignore list lately?

I've not noticed a decrease on Infinity, have you checked your ignore list lately?

I have noticed a small decline in the game in general brought on by battlefront/JtLBeta..
I bet a lot of the power players who buffed constantly are off playing those two right now..
