I believeit stands for Skill Experimentation Attachment. They come in the form ofclothing and/or armor attachments. You'll see them all over, howeverhow they pertain to the doctor profession is usually Med Experimentation. For every 10 points of med exp, you gain+1 to your Medical Experimentation. So +20 gets you the much coveted"12point" addendum to your name. This isuseful if you're planning on crafting your own stuff...

Skill Enhancing Attachment, they come in Armor (AA) and Clothing Attachment (CA) flavors. AA can be put in a free socket on a piece of armor, CAs on a free socket in a clothing item.
You get them either by killing stuff and looting the corpses (requires luck on your side), generally high-level mobs give better SEAs, then there are some static containers or bone piles and such that might have some inside if you search them. Or you do it by giving money to other players who had some luck and got the skill mod you want.

Skill Enhancing Attachment like eskie said theey drop from mobs and based on the level of the mob you can tell how much better the SEA would be normally.

When you say you can put them into socketed items, can anyone drop those into socketed items or does a tailor have toplace the items into the sockets?
