Just wondering if there are certain NPCs that drop these, I need +15 more for my 12pt. Thanks for all repsonses///

Ouch! Sorry to hear that hun.
And you are of course correct, the higher lvl the npc the higher Chance you have of looting a high end SEA.

like All SEA's, they drop from ANY humanoid, or can be found in magseals. How high the #'s are depend on the difficulty lvl of the mob. i.e. you arent going to get +5 and higher off regular ST"s or meatlumps, NS Elders for example, will drop double-digit Mods

I got a +4 med EXP from a lowish level tusken outside bestine...I was impressed. Seems pretty random though.

LOL, yea ive got some tapes from imp npcs myself as well. Low digits tho since they are not very high level npc's.
