Thread: considering returning to the galaxies

Hello all
I left the game a little over a year ago, after burning out on the holo grind, am considering returning with my master doctor, was hoping to get some feed back as to the state of the game & how much may have changed in the profession in the past year, i enjoyed being a master Doctor but from the posts ive read it would appear its abit diffrent than when i left, any advice or comments would be greatly
appreciated

Well it's a lot different... people no longer need healing due to the 2500+ buffs and 90% composite armour, everything is soloable and relatively easy. Healing professions are not what they were when you were last here. But, there is currently a massive upggrade under development (that was meant to be out in Jan 04) that is basically going to make this SWG 2.
We've had many many changes in the last 2 months that have increased the fun factor of the game hugely, and this trend is set to continue. You might want to head to the main site and check out the recent patch notes to see what I mean.
