I am a Novice Medic and for some reason today when I would heal myself in battle with some superb stim B's I would only hit for 46-70 on health and action. I was wearing basic armor minus boots so my action was being taken down and would get the crappy heals. Now when battle was over I healed for 300-600 iusing the same stims. All I have to say is WTH !?!?

ever check your battle fatigue?

That's not enough to make that big a difference. Check your inventory again, looking for OTHER stims ... also check the combat spam, maybe it says something.

I suspect that you had a lower power stim (possibly a looted one) in your inventory.

Theres a bug currantly where if your health is down say 50 points and your action is down 500 points (example numbers only) then the stim will heal the 50 health, but only heal 50 action as well, where it should heal all of it. It seems sporadic but this is the 3rd time i've seen it reported.

Hasn't happened to me, yet.

same happened to me yesterday.instead of +2K dmg i healed 70dmg...better check your inventory after every corpse you loot..those new dmg stims can be dangerous
