Hey everyone, I have been away from the game for a few months. Come back to see that I have some vet rewards.

The resource kit(30k of exsiting resources). I want to make sure before I go and use this I understand and have confirmed by people who have done it. Can you use this kit on meat that IS NOT in shift? I.E. something that spawned 6-8 months ago?

I have a few of these kits and just wanted to make sure I understand completely. (Yes I have looked and searched multiple sites but hav yet to find someone confirming.) I have heard that it only applied to "in-shift resources" which is why I am ?'ing it.
