Not really... youll be craftign the same way, only now youll have 2pts extra to put into charges or whatever you normally would run out of pts for after maxing effectiveness or what have you. Helps to have these 2 extra pts to make those med use 40 stim e's, or any other med where you want to drop the Med Use on
