We've been trying to get the devs to answer this for along time. It seems that there is some randomness to the timer. Some docs have been unable to rez a corpse after only a couple of minutes. Other times, a corpse has been dead for nearly 10 minutes, and was still revived.

Ok thanks. Guess I have to get that hero quest reward for my jedi then. Was hoping I would not need it since I have an alt doc (on another account) but 8-10 minues (or worse) might not be enough time to revive

Well I've had cases where people in my group get killed, and I am unable to revive them 30s-1m later. Other times I've had 5 minutes to get it done. I've never personally experienced anything higher then 5m
