I noticed that a little while ago, also.

But to be honest, I think its not a bug, but a feature - you target the critter and automatically heal whatever it is dealing damage to.
But then again, I always have a "/bactashot self" macro on my toolbar which I use if I want to heal myself and not the critters target.

I think this is the auto-assist that was introduced in EQ2. I noted this when I had a team member targeted and hit an attack, I shot at whoever he had targeted at that time.

So to say, I think is intended now.

Also, if you target a mob, you should get a gray outline on whoever it has targeted.

I think this is a bug anyway, if not then I missed it in the patch notes.
It seems that heals are now passing through mobs like an assist. I noticed this yesterday while grinding on dantooine, at first I just thought my heals weren't going off but then I noticed the infusion icon on my group leader. I was made the leader to see if anything changed but it was still healing him most of the time, sometimes it would go off on me. Then today while out on dantooine again I noticed that if I had a mob targeted and used a heal then the heal would go off on whoever had the agro at the time.

Has anyone else had this problem ?
