Alright, at the moment I am a Master Doc and am heading toward Master Swordsman. After that, I want to drop Doc and Master Brawler, Fencer, and have part of TKA, and only keep Novice Medic. The thing is, I have an Hospital on my lots. Do I get to keep it, or will I have to transfer to a Master Doc so it stays there?

From what I have been told, you have to be an active master Doc and/or CM in order to own the building. That means move your stuff out and pull the med center, or transfer ownership to a Doc or CM.

You just need master to plant it or transfer it, but like the cantinas and theaters, you can drop the skills and maintain ownership.

Wether or not that is intended is another question entirely.
