My question is regarding the HQ or bonus you get for being in a Medical City. I'm confused on how this works? I tried using the formula given to me on this site http://www45.pair.com/pdepot/buff_estimate.phpbut it is not totally accurate, or I am doing something wrong. I am a 2-4-4-0 Doc and If I am in a player city with a Med Center I seem to get a bonus but its not the 125 in the formula.....its more like 121. I currently buff for 2504 but that is with +25clothing +25Bavoli and 110 droid. When i'm not in the city or at say the Imperial Outpost, I only buff for 2277. Any help on this would be appreciated.

I believe the modifier for medical city is 1.1

Are you sure you have +25 bivoli and not +24.99? It gets rounded down.

It says +25.13 or +25.31 something like that. its over 25 i'll take a pic when i get home. That is unless i am totally loosing my mind. Which would be possible.

I think its +24 biv, cuz I'm pretty sure +25.00 is perfect.

oh plus having 25 from bivoli is the top you can have to modify your skills, so getting the extra won't help any.
