Was curious if there are any major changes that have happened to the profession since I left in November-ish. Anything else I should be made aware of? (Besides the price of avian meat, which I've gathered from checking out a few posts here...thank god I still have a few units of that in the sack)

As well, any master docs on Bria mind filling me in on good locations to pick up resources and gear? I'd like to be able to finally craft my own damn meds. The only resources I had the money for makeme rather crap stim-b's. (I miss my E's...badly...)
