1. I don't see any buff packs on my server (corbantis) with 80 or less medical use .. is that because people don't want to waste good resources on them? Um I should say I don't see many buff packs on vendors at all actually. Though I did find one good store and the others all had jumbled assortments of odd buff packs if the vendor actually wan't empty like the world.

2. If i did find someone to make me some packs with 80 or less medical usage any idea what these packs would buff for? I really need the 2 skill points elsewhere but if it's like 1000 point difference then I won't do it .. if the packs will only hit for like 200 points less and like 20 minutes less then I think it might be worth it.

You won't find any enhance C packs without working with a doc on your server to custom make an order.. If I remember right, the buff base on Cs are about 600-700 or so using primo components.. so with a 600 base, bivoli and skill clothes you would buff for 1485.. with a 700 base you would get about 1732..

So yes, those two skill points make a considerable difference in your ability to buff well..

why dont u just go 0340 doc instead of 0430 doc and that way u can use lvl 90 buff packs that are easy to find u and u will hit for the same if not more with med clothes adn bivoli.
