Just wondering if it was true these are used in buffpacks... what quality/charge is desireable... and how much they usually go for...
Thanks for the help ^_^.

Yes it's true they are used in buff packs, they replace the Biological Effect Controller. The most common ones are 100 power/ 10 charges, though they can get higher (although it's rare, considering how uncommon it is to loot Blood in the first place). I usually buy them for 10-15k for the 100/10 ones, though if you find the right buyer they can easily sell for 25k+ (hint: galaxy trade forums are your friend). Anything above 100/10 is "desirable," but even the average ones make for better packs than your standard ABEC.

100/10 is the normal one. Even these are always helpul really, you get rougly 75 more power on your packs, but I wouldn't pay tons for them... It's pretty rare than even 400 more on buffs makes a difference.

P.S. The quantity you find matters, too, because buff packs require a minimum of 2 identical Biological Effect Controllers from a factory crate. If someone is substituting Blood for BEC's, that means that they need 2 or more Bloods with the same serial number. I write this because from your last post it sounds like you only have 1 Blood with power 113; if so, this is not usable in a buff pack and would instead be used to make one above-average stimpack.
