This is really easy actually. Just line the buffs up in F1-F6 slots and put this in as your macro.

/ui action toolbarSlot00;
/pause 16;
/ui action toolbarSlot01;
/pause 16;
/ui action toolbarSlot02;
/pause 16;
/ui action toolbarSlot03;
/pause 16;
/ui action toolbarSlot04;
/pause 16;
/ui action toolbarSlot05;

This is really just your basic macro skills .

  • /healenhance action;
  • /pause 25;
  • /healenhance quickness;
  • /pause 25;
  • /healenhance stamina;
  • /pause 25;
  • /healenhance strength;
  • /pause 25;
  • /healenhance constitution;
  • /pause 25;
  • /healenhance health;
  • /pause 25;

  • With this, you do not need to put anything on the toolbar, it uses then from your main inventory. This is the one i use, work great, I added a "/say Done" at the end.

    pulled that from the FAQ

    That's a good macro, but two possible wrongs in it...

    1) For a master doctor there is only a required 15 second pause between buffs/wound heals. I recommend using 16 seconds though for lag's sake.
    2) the /healenhance command is awesome, but if you're like me, you need all the main inventory space you can get. My inventory is generally at 50/60, so fitting another 6 items in there is a big waste of space .

    Great macro though, for those of you that don't have the inventory problem like I do, totally recommend going for it.

    I have never gotten something like that to work unless the items was in my main inventory. Are you saying it's possible to run items in your toolbar that only exist in your backpack for instance? I always thought that to interact with something on the toolbar that item had to be in your main inventory. That would mean that either macro (the one using toolbar or the one using 'healenhance' would all have the same 6 item main inventory space requirement.

    Just curious.

    that is correct. I as well store things like my crafting tools,power ups, food,and meds in my backpack, in satchels. (I know they take up an extra slot but I gladly give that up for ease of use and organization). Many of these are on my toolbar. You can even put items stored in droids on the toolbar, however when you use this it pulls it from the droid to your inventory. Also with wearables/equipables, when you wear them and then take them off they default to main inventory

    I use basically the same as was already posted that was taken from the doc faq but with tweaks such as greeting the player, reducing the pause between each buff and telling the customer when their buffs are complete and calling for the next person. I can post all the macros I use when buffing if anyone is interested.

    Oh yeah, you can definately use any items in your backpack. I just put hotlinks in my toolbar to everything I need. I have about 25 items in my pack that I use every once in a while, or in some cases daily. Therefore putting them in my backpack saves me a ton of hassle and just gives me more freedom to use my inventory as I want.

    im just curious, is it possible to just use the comand /healenhance without specifying which?, ive noticed that when i buff i just use the radial and select enhance, not even a specific one, then onces they buff is used it is taken of the list and it goes to the next one. So do i really need the action, quickness, stamina and all those words too? thanks again

    I've been a master doctor since July 30, 2003. I wrotethis macroin August 2003:

    /sit;

    /say %TT stay close for 6x buffs;

    /healenhance health;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance action;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance strength;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance constitution;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance quickness;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance stamina;
    /say %TT your buffs are done;
    /pause 16;

    /stand

    However I becamea PvP-focused player so I decided never to announce my buffs (it pays to hide the fact you are a doctor). I now use:

    /sit;

    /healenhance health;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance action;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance strength;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance constitution;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance quickness;
    /pause 16;
    /healenhance stamina;
    /pause 16;

    /stand

    For a while I added /follow near the start and /stopfollow at the end so that if the patient moved, my character would stay with them. But I found this rarely brought me close enough to a moving patient so I changed it back.

    NOTE: to use these macros you must keep your buffpacks in the main inventory. That's what you should be doing already with all doctor meds, because there are similar commands for ALL OF THEM and nothing works unless it's in your main inventory. It's way simpler than messing around with the toolbar. The rule is: crates in your backpack, single items in your main inventory.

  • the only problem I had with this was the fact that I carried 3 type of buffs with me, average, grinding and PvP buffs. So, I wouldn't want to give the wrong type to the wrong person.
