over the months ive heard "Buff Bot" but havnt realy known what it is
is it like ur running 2 characters and ur character dies (i.e. Jedi) u can revive him?

Essentially a character that you have who's only purpose is to buff players, typically using automated macros, but doesn't have to be. No playing or interacting, just straight buffing. These bots are typically preferred by players over people who are actually at the keyboard playing. Joy.

Bull**edit**, not prefered but easier to find since one of the only reliable places to get an actual doctor to buff you is coronet and not everyone wants to run back there everytime they need a buff.
