Frankly, I suspect anyone who did n't get their 20 points of med exp clothing before the bat cave got nerfed is in for a long long wait.

You could try high level NPCs, NightSisters are meant to be the best ... but, you have to clobber an aweful lot of them to get a skill tape, & even then, you'd need major luck for it to be a med exp tape. Some NPCs drop a higher ratio of armour attachments than clothing tapes, Aakuan champions are said to be good for SEAs, but drop mostly AAs, so no med exp there, without exceptional luck. I've heard the corvette NPCs drop tapes .. not tried that much yet, but the upper level is meant to be fairly easy, & it seems possible to get good loot before an SBD kills you. Lord Nyax must be the best of the static spawners, one kill in 5 apparently gives a hi level skill tape .. but he only spawns about once every 4 hours, & is generally camped.

So, that leaves ... other players. If I did n't already have mine, I'd be looking at other players asmy best bet for getting plus 20. Maybe you can buy them off a retiring doc (expect to pay a lot tho), better yet, maybe you can find a guild that shares experimentation clothing amongst it's members, that would be your best immediate hope, I think.

Long term, keep your fingers crossed that SOE does something about the loot drops, essentially increases the percentage chance of getting a good SEA from killing npcs. Meanwhile, don't worry about 12 points when crafting meds, I've so far at at least only found 12 points useful for making Ad BECs slighly better, & making buff packs with more charges or a lower med use/

Yeah, I would turn to other players but unfortunately I don't have the stupid amount of credits that people ask I realize that high level SEAs will cost more but like you said drops are limited and camped. Rich get richer the rest just mill about :/

I've had no luck in finding/looting skill tapes to help in crafting.

Does anyone have a fav spot and or NPC I should be killing ??
