yeah, if you start to get up, hit your /healstate dizzy hotkey real quick, because it will work, if you dont start to get up and just lie there try /stand again.

Just be absolutely certain you WAIT to see if you actually stand up before you do another /stand - otherwise the posture change while dizzy will knock you right back down.
In other words, resist the urge to spam /stand, focus on whether you get up or not, and once you are up, /healstate dizzy.
Good luck!

I don't normally use macros for combat - barring CoB. That being said I do use one when I'm fighting Giant Kimos or Albatrosses, a rather basic recursive macro.
/stand
/healstate
I don't specify the state, nor do I give the self command. The macro will rotate through healing all states, in addition as long as I have no target or a enemy targeted I will unstate myself. The reason I do this is I can target a group member and the macro will unstate them as long as they are targeted.
Don't use it in PvP, though. For PvP I just bash keys....err....I mean strategically select attacks

This one has always worked for me :
/targetself;
/stand;
/healstate dizzy;
/stand;
Just keep spamming the button u put it as and you will stand soon enough..

Can anyone offer up a macro they use when knocked down and dizzy?
/ui action clearCombatQueue
....
/target self
/heal dizzy
or something like that i imagine. What I don't know is how the stand part would work. Would you just need one /stand command?
Any insights are appreciated.
PS: I tried to do a forum search, but apparantly there are already too many searches in progress, ARG

I do not use a macro.
just hit /stand the wait to see what happens. Sooner or later you will start to stand, then as you attemp to stand then hityour cure pack on your tool bar (or use the command).
I have found this more effective than trying any macro with both stand and cure state in the same macro. Why? Becuase at different times you will have different amounts of lag. Timing the cure just as you start to stand seems to be key.
I have never seen anything that makes me think this is an exploit so I use it. Some may argue that it is an exploit, however.

Yeah, this is what i do now. And I can't see any reason why this would be an exploit. It's not like you're healing dizzy while you are actually knocked down.
