Hi there.
I am curous about max buffing power. I have a+25 inj treatment/wound treatment robe. I juist bout a hat same stats. Under my modifiers tab they show that the do in fact stack and i have a +175 ( when using bivoli). However, i do not notice any buff power increase with the +25 more points. Why is this? If they do not stack I should show no more than +125 mod but is shows +175.

I understand that you can only stack bivoli on top of a BE crafted hat (or robe in your case), thus the max you can wear on a normal basis is +25...which is what I wear, then when you buff pop a bivoli thus making you +50 (or so, depending ont he bivoli pack)

The bonus from clothes is hard-capped at +25. The fact that it displays more than +25 on your skill mod is a bug which probably won't be fixed any time soon.
Bivoli does stack on top of the clothes, for another +25 (max).
After that, the other things you could do for bonuses is use adroid with level 6 med module (10% bonus) and then buff in a Medical Specialty player city (another 10% bonus) -- but these cities are few and far between.
