Lots of talk about 12 point docs/armorsmiths etc....
How do I get the extra 20 experintation/2 points is it just through clothing? If so could someone on Ahazi point me to a tailor who can make such clothes?

well yes its clothing, but not that simple. You need Medical Experimentation on the clothing, Most likely you will need to buy Clothing Attachements with medical xp on it, sometimes you might be able to buy a retiring docs clothes that have allready had medical xp CA's put in them. The only medical experimentation clothes that can be crafted are the medical crafters apron, which is +5 medical experimentation and +5 medical assembly. As for the other 15points you will need, thats the hard part, if you dont have friends/guildies to help collect it for you, expect to pay as much as 1million for +1's and it gets higher, like a +2 might only be 2million but a +8 might be 20million. Reason is can only wear so many clothes and if you fill them with +1's you wont be able to hit +20. either way if you get it by yourself, expect to pay 20+ million depending on your servers economics, but pretty sure its close to universal on all servers.

If you are making your own buffs or intend to be a Master Doc those extra 2 experimentation points are no really necessary or economical. For all of the buff schematics I have made with some of the best components available the power is maxed out with just 10 experimentation points. The additional points are useful if you must get the Med Use down to 90 and can also be used to add a charge or two. Even if you need 90 med use packs you can still get into the high 800's without extra experimentation points.
