is there way to specifiy specifically which buff type to use? I know
/healenhance
works, and you can just use that 6 times, since it won't rebuff the same stat
ie
/healenhance
/pause 16
/healenhance
/pause 16
etc. etc. etc.
I know you could put the buffs in a toolbar and use the /ui action toolbarSlot04 kinda commands (forget the exact syntax, but can look it up). But is it possible to do something along the lines of
/healenhance health
/pause 16
/healenhance action
/pause 16
etc etc?
Just curious.
Right now I'm buffing entirely manually, and have a bad habit of missing a stat here and there. My buff backs are all kinds of out of whack.

I kind of prefer to use the /ui action toolbarSlot00; way of macroing with the buff packs in the slots. It's easier for me to keep an eye on how many of each I have left.
It's nice to use a macro. It enables me to chat with the customer without having to keep track of which buff is next etc. It's liberating. In fact, it's so liberating, I've stopped wearing underwear while I'm buffing people.

I do the same thing... putting my buff packs in a toolbar dedicated to buffing, that way I always know what's up, and I can keep extra packs that I make for entertainers there. I don't public buff tho, so... it's not as much of a big deal to me.

Some docs... like me... like to buff one of the two primaries last so that people don't run away thinking they are done. For example, I do all of the Health ones and then action, but I save the Action buff for last. If their Action bar hasn't increased, then know the buff isn't over.

Not a Doc yet but will be shortly ( have to finish the crafting grind, yuk!) and have one question about buffs. Is there a cert. order in which you aply the buffs or can you aply just at random?
Thanks in advance

No order. You can apply them in any order you like. But most Docsprefer to buff the action bar 1st (meaning, action and its substats) and them the health one (or vice-versa). Guess that way is easy to keep track if you're not using a macro do to so.
