what would be the lowest in doc skills you could go and still buff 2100'ish

0440. You need the Med Knowledge up to 4 'cause that's what allow you to use buff packs with med use 90. And even though you only need Wound Treat. till the 2nd box to be able to use enhances, that would only give you a +35 Wound Treatment bonus and that means that you'd only be able to buff over 2000 ifyou usedJanta packswith 1000 power or more. (which is alot more expensive and hard to find than normal packs)


With 0440 any 900 power pack will get you a 2200 + buff. (assuming you're using a 110 Med Module bot, +25 BE Clothes and +25 Bivoli).
