sorry, an Autoheal feature? not sure what's meant by that so if I'm sitting in my hospital and someone comes in with wounds I can heal them up or something automatically? or it automatically heals them slowly(without wound packs or a doctor)? Never knew about this feature sorry

Autoheal onlycures 10 wounds (to every stat) every 10 minutes.

It's not meant to be competition for Healers. It was implemented to provide an option when no Healers are around.
