I just want to know what is the best way to grind nov doc to mast doc in the shortest time and how long will it take.

it can be done in a day if you have a day to devote to sitting infront of a computer. personally, i think that would kill me thus i dont grind professions, i play professions. the crafting part will be a grind however no matter how you look at it.

If you must grind, you need the following.
A patient, a pet, roughly 35k lokian wild wheat and tatoonian fiberplast, a truckload of stim-b's (like 200-500?), at least one med crafting tool, 5-6 preferably, and some armor for the patient to wear. Pants, boots, chest a must, the heavier the better.(your goal is to kill there ham regeneration rate)
Go to a hospital. Have your patient pull the pet from there datapad and make it stay outside the med center. Go inside and have them start macroing /tellpet trick1. Make this macro as stupidly fast as possible and there action will drop. Faster than tumbling. Its the fastest way for a person to loose action period. Make sure they have the armor on to kill there secondaries.
Then heal heal heal heal heal heal till you bleed. You'll be crapping med xp.
Get 4440 medic. Stop. Start crafting whatever you can. Get to biological effect controllers. Craft those till you can start crafting Advanced Biological effect controlers.
Master medic.
Go back to healing until you are 4440 doctor. Then craft advance biological effect controllers until your eyes bleed and you have accute carpal tunnel. Get 4444 doc, master, and your the winner!
Obviously, your patient needs a simple macro to spam there pets trick command. You need a heal/pause command, fiddle with the pause so you get the most of out each stim. For crafting, use 6 tools and make a crafting macro to save much physical and mental pain. Go digging in the forums to find one.

Or while you have your heals on macro healing the "patient" you can grind, kill 2 birds with one stone

The fastest way is to get master sticky reader and master forum search user.
