I'm currently working towards master doctor.
I have a pair of trousers with +25 injury / +25 wound healing built in.
If I get a sunguard with the same +25 / +25 bonus, and then wear both pieces of clothing, will there be an effective +50 / +50 bonus?
I don't want to drop the credits on the sunguard if it will not benefit at all.
Thanks,
Perkins.

I believe youre capped at +25 on both, I dont think the sungard will give you a +50, I could be wrong though.

The cap is +25 total. Don't buy the sunguard (unless you like that look)...

You'll get a +50 bonus, but you cap at +25, so the extra 25 won't help at all.

RIght, it's +25 max, so wearing both won't help at all.
However, I have several items, depending on use. Since I'm a wookiee, I can't wear a hat and seperate jacket, but you could do it like this:
For SP buffing, pull out your apron, pants, whatever, where you don't need the armor, and use that, and for healing in the field, use the sunguard while keeping your chest armor on, just in case you get agro'd by something, and don't have time to change clothes. Somewhat what I do, with a waist wrap, apron, and hat.
