I am buying a Med center tonight with my Master DOc on Shadowfire. I am curious about a few things though ...

1.) Can the one who placed the hospital charge an entry fee?

2.) If so, can I create a list of people who do not need to pay to enter? (Think insurance .. for such and such a month you can enter the med center for free and I will heal your wounds ..buff..etc.)

3.) Is the player city med center identical to the normal city medical center?

4.) Does my mayor have to be a certain level in politician for me to place the med center?
