Well, I can now lower the med use req on my Enhance B packs, but they are starting off much higher. Before the patch, a pack would come out with a 58 Med Use. After the patch, using the same ingredients, it starts at 66. I can lower from 58 to my required 55, but I can't get it down that far from 66.

At this time we don't know if this was a stealth nerf, or something bugged.
