I was meeting a friend in force caves on dantooine. He was alredy there and was slain by one of the MOBs. It took me about 15 mins to get there andwhen I did it told me he had been dead too long for me to revive.

Anyone know what the time frame is? Is it dependant on med level?

The timer is borked. I've had someone wait more then 10 minutes and I was still able to revive them. I've also had someone die right at my feet and literally 2 seconds later I got the 'Been Dead Too Long' message when I tried reviving him.

It's borked beyond belief and we have yet to hear one word on the subject.

Heck, we weren't even told this was going to start occuring to begin with so we still don't know if it is something they wanted to impliment or if it's just a bug that crept in. And this has been the case since last month's publish. Wish I had something to tell you guys on this.

Well with the new decay upon cloning you would expect they would have fixed bugs related to rezzing...but of course they didnt, new bugs seem to be out instead.

Yesterday a guildie of mine died in our town. He asks me to come and rez him so he can save on the decay upon clone. I make a WP to his location, but i cant see him. Our town is suffering from a Bermuda Triangle effect where people are invisible to us sometimes (its across a server line and been suffering from that bug since forever)....so i have to run 200m away and come back *clock ticking*. Now my friend is visible to me. I target him. I click on my rez icon....oops it tells me i need to have a rez pack on me. I check my inventory and take a new rez pack out of my crate (was the last one). Click on the rez icon again....*you need to have a rez pack to rez someone!!* Now what. I decide to use the radial directly from the rez pack (which oddly only had 1 charge, it was fresh out of the crate) *you need to be in a camp or a hospital to use this!!* Grr now what *clock ticking*

Im next to a house so i decide to take my med droid out in the hope i can bypass this bug. Use radial on the rez pack. I dont remember the bogus message i got here but yeah, i cant rez him (at this point im banging my head on my keyboard). I decide to drag him to my house which isnt too far, and i remembered i had 2 rez packs stored in my house so i go grab them. Target my friend, attempt to rez him and...*this corpse has been dead too long!*

But of course.

If my rez pack wasnt bugged he wouldnt have lost durability on the new armor i made for him. That whole timer on dead corpses just makes no sense to me now that cloning has a penalty and that rezzes are needed. And isure hope that evil rez pack i had with me was a glitch and we wont see more of that bug....
