I just got novice doctor and crafting 1. my med use mod is +55 I made an enhance health and action A I experimented the med use down to 55 from 58 so I could try them well when I double click the pak nothing happens not even a message saying that I am not skilled enough to use it. I know from when I was in the medic tree alone I could use manipulated stim c's at pharm 3. Are these paks bugged?

No its not bugged, sorry to say. The med use of the enhance pack is only 1 of the 2 req. you also need wound treatment 2 (the healenhance skill). once you get that box you will be able to use it. I did the same thing so dont feel bad.

This makes everyone feel like a noob for sure. Personally, I think its stupid. But thats just me.
