The other day I had 200 BF and was buffing myself every buff was (1000-1200). When I buffed somone else my buffs appeared to be normal (1200-2600). So I think any BF affects whoever gets a buff. The more BF the less the buff. BTW this isn't enough BF to get the shock levels msg.
Anyone else notice this if so post your numbers.

seems to me, battlefatigue, wounds and penalties for some foods mess up my buffs, just an observation

BF is SUPPOSED to affect the recipient. So yes, that's always the way it was supposed to work. We were told in beta that the shoc level message was supposed to start showing up around 200 BF, which is the point at which it was supposed to begin adversely affecting healing actions. However it's not happening that way until they hit 400 instead. I highly reccomend judicious use of the /diag command to inform your patients when they need to be sure to hit the cantina so they can get the best buffs possible from you.
