And what about if the patient has BF... will that affect the buffs?

I was hanging around med center this weekend buffing and stuff. I made a special effort to /diag everyone to see what thier BF was before buffing. I didn't notice any difference when they 350 bf or if they had 0. One guy had over 300bf and I still hit him with health and action both around 2k, using C's on secondary stats were all in line with what they should be. Too bad he had to waste part of the buff timer sitting in cantina

I never got the message you get when trying to heal someone when they have high BF. Shockwaves....

Havn't tried it when MY bf was high, rarely let it get over 100

just my 2 platinums

I don't think your own fatigue plays any role in buffing, just your target's fatigue.

I have gotten the warning about shock wounds when buffing- it happens after 400 BF but last I heard it was believed to start affecting heals at 200 BF (Think Texxie did some research on this?).
